The Sting had an opening on their calendar Saturday because their scheduled game in Saginaw had been postponed because of the league’s COVID-19 protocols.

The OHL had originally added a Flint-Saginaw game to Saturday’s schedule when the Sarnia-Saginaw game was postponed, but that matchup of Michigan teams was also postponed Friday because of COVID-19 protocols.
