Women of Excellence Awards event postponed to 2021

The May Court Club of Chatham is rescheduling its Women of Excellence Awards Dinner for the second time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The exact date hasn’t been decided, but the club now plans to hold it in spring 2021. It was originally scheduled for May 29 this year and then postponed to Nov. 6.
“The May Court Club has now decided to further postpone this date as it is felt that it may not yet be safe in November for the community to gather to attend this event,” a news release from the club said.
The club will keep the nominations it received this year on file.
“At this point, no decisions have been yet made as to the choice of the Women of Excellence for each of the six award categories,” the release said. “This will be done at a later date in line with the new date for the awards dinner.”
No new Women of Excellence nominations will be accepted at this time.
