Liberal candidate announced for Sarnia-Lambton

Mark Russell is the Ontario Liberal Party candidate in Sarnia-Lambton.
Lois Nantais, president of the provincial Liberal association in the riding, said in an email Sunday Russell was acclaimed to run for the party in the provincial election set for June 2.
He was described by the party as “an educator and an active community leader with a passion for Sarnia-Lambton, its people and the community.”
Russell works at Lambton College, where he teaches computer programming and business, as well as developing interactive online courses.
He has also been a business analyst, a small business owner and chairperson of the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce government affairs committee.
Bob Bailey, MPP since 2007, is running again in the riding for the Progressive Conservatives. Dylan Stelpstra, a children’s services worker with the Sarnia-Lambton Children’s Aid Society, is the NDP candidate and Keith Benn, a consultant and former geology professor, is running for the New Blue Party.
