With over 50 vendors from across southwestern Ontario selling an array of products ranging from alpaca textiles to organic body care products, pastries and preserves to seasonal handcrafted décor and jewelry, those interested in doing some pre-holiday shopping will find a wealth of options to choose from said Kathleen Annett, the museum’s marketing and events co-ordinator.

“We are excited to see the Lambton Fall Colour and Craft Festival return to Lambton Heritage Museum this year,” Annett said. “It’s a great event to start your holiday shopping with one-of-a-kind gifts while supporting artisans from across southwestern Ontario. There is something for everyone at the Lambton Fall Colour and Craft Festival.”

Along with an array of goods to purchase, the two-day event will also have a wealth of family friendly fare, including crafting in the museum’s historical Rokeby Schoolhouse, with appearances made by the historical character Mr. Tudhop in his cozy 1850s cabin.

Proceeds from the show, Lambton Heritage Museum’s largest fundraising event of the year, go to support the museum’s operations including a variety of educational programming offered throughout the year.

Admission is $5 for adults, seniors and students. Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.

The festival is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days, and COVID-19 protocols are in place to ensure the safety of staff and visitors. Masks are mandatory.
