Impaired charges laid after vehicle stuck on train tracks in Paris

A 42-year-old Kitchener woman is facing impaired driving charges after a vehicle was stuck on railway tracks in Paris on Saturday evening.
Brant OPP responded to a report of a vehicle on the tracks shortly after 11:30 p.m.
Police say a temporary stop train order was issued for the area.
The accused was arrested and charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs, and operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
Police say the accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date.
