Everyone in our community has had to deal with significant change because of the global pandemic. It has been tough.

Worrying about your own health and wellbeing as well as the health and wellbeing of people you care about. Thinking about your finances and the economy while entire communities lock down to limit the spread of the virus. Adapting to new ways of communicating, learning, working and spending time with people you care about.

It is a lot!

While we have all been impacted by the global pandemic, some of us have experienced more challenges than others. Help is available. In your community, there are health and social service organizations here to help you and the people you care about. Together, we work to help people with their physical and mental health, and to ensure access to needed programs and services that provide food, shelter, employment and counselling for people of all ages.

The best time to reach out for help is right now, before it all becomes too much to handle.

As essential services, our organizations are open and able to provide you with the supports you may need. We can help in person, over the phone or online and the sooner we can start supporting you, the better.

For listings of all mental health and addiction services in your community, please visit: The Erie St. Clair Healthline at MHAresources.eriestclairhealthline.ca or 211 Ontario at 211ontario.ca.
