Concert announcement: A trio of country music acts announce local shows
More concert announcements are coming as things open up in B.C.
A trio of country music stars have announced upcoming concerts in the Lower Mainland.
Fans haven’t had a chance to get down to some serious strum and twang for over a year. That means that the boots will be shinier and the hats taller than 10 gallons when the legendary Tanya Tucker scoots into the Vogue in October.
Her gig will be followed by CMA entertainer of the year, Eric Church.
The Canadian singer is ready to head out and set up the stage at the centre of Rogers Arena to allow as many fans as possible to gather around. It’s a nice touch for a performer who has a reputation for giving it up live.
Finally, multi-platinum selling star Chris Lane rides into Abbotsford in 2022 for the Fill Them Boots Tour. Lane’s Big, Big Plans tour sold out over 25 dates pre-pandemic. He’s expecting to do more this time around with opening acts Ernest and Lily Rose in tow.
More shows are being announced daily as B.C. opens up for group gathering heading into the fall.
