Tillsonburg Fire and Rescue Services is seeking comments, views and insight from local residents which will help impact its strategic direction.

An online survey was recently launched at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MN8W5F5.

“Fire and Rescue Services are a very important aspect of every community,” said Shane Curtis, chair of the Fire and Rescue Services board, in a media release.

“This survey provides valuable input in our strategic plan process and will shape the future of how services are delivered in our community.”

Until May 31, 2018, every resident can have their say on important decisions regarding fire services in Tillsonburg.

“In the spirit of enhanced public engagement, Council endorses the opportunity for community input into the future service levels of our valuable Fire and Rescue department," added Tillsonburg Mayor Stephen Molnar. "The opportunity for all stakeholders to contribute, as facilitated by the Fire Strategic Plan Committee, is an extremely important part of this process.”

Surveys can also be obtained at Tillsonburg’s Customer Service Centre at 10 Lisgar Avenue.
