Two dogs knock down, bite woman

On Wednesday, February 1, at approximately 11:22 a.m., the Ontario Provincial Police Norfolk County detachment was contacted by a concerned citizen in Middleton (Norfolk County) reporting they had been bitten by a dog.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a 71-year-old female of Bayham was walking down the street with another female when they were both knocked to the ground by two dogs that ran from a property. While on the ground, the female was bitten and received minor injuries.
As a result of investigation, police charged 38-year-old Mandy Letoile of Norfolk County with 'permit dog to be at large contrary to the Norfolk County By-law.'
She was subsequently issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
