Get in the spirit of Christmas Saturday during Tillsonburg's annual Holiday Tour of Homes.

"We have six locations - four homes, Annandale House, and The Station Arts Centre," said Deb Beard, GM at The Station.

Returning homes this year for the November 26th Holiday Tour of Homes are Annandale National Historic Site on Tillson Ave., decorated by museum staff and a large group of dedicated volunteers, and Nancy Boutin, who has not been on the tour for a number of years, said Beard.

"She still has great Christmas spirit and jumped at the opportunity," said Beard.

Tickets are $10 in advance at The Station Arts Centre, Annandale National Historic Site, and Merle Norman Cosmetics, or $12 on the day of the tour, which will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Holiday Tour of Homes is hosted by the Tillsonburg Kinettes and Station Arts Centre.

"We've got some great door prizes again from local businesses," said Beard. "So thanks to them for adding to the local event."

One of the new homes on the tour, built in the Edwardian style in 1906 on Lisgar Avenue, has been restored and renovated.

"There are some interesting decorating themes - colours of the season. It will be a great idea for people to add some ideas for their own home decor for the holidays."

Also coming up soon is the Kinette's Breakfast with Santa on Dec. 3, 8:30-11 a.m. at the Tillsonburg Community Centre Lions Auditorium ($5 for two pancakes, two sausages, juice and coffee and of course a chance to meet Santa!).

"We've got Help Portrait (Dec. 3) coming up," said Beard, "And the Christmas Crawl (Dec. 2) this year too."
