Tillsonburg Youth Basketball begins Sunday

Tillsonburg Youth Basketball, for children in Grades 1-4, begins Sunday, Oct. 15 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Annandale Public School.

A registration session will be held at 12:45 p.m. at Annandale. The fee for the season, which runs from Oct. 15 to the Christmas break, is $80. A second winter season runs from January to March and a discounted fee of $140 is available for both sessions.

Jesse Goossens and Lance MacKenzie are the program coordinators.

During a typical Sunday, children will arrive and 'shoot around', followed by warmup with coaches, skills training, then a scrimmage with the overall goal of having fun, teamwork, and keeping the kids active while learning the game of basketball.
