Brandon Guthro, on the left, store manager at Walmart Tillsonburg, and Courtland Lions' Henry Puhr recently announced a donation to Camp Trillium.
"We raised $3,000 and Walmart matched it, dollar for dollar," said Puhr. "Camp Trillium is a camp for children with cancer and hopefully this donation will help send a number of children to camp, free of charge. It's important to note Camp Trillium gets no funding from the Canadian Cancer Society. All of the funds come from service clubs, donations, and corporations like Walmart. They really appreciate it, and it keeps the facility open so they can 'make some memories' for children they might not have later."
