Tues. Nov. 3

Verne’s Carpet 11,

Pettman’s Auction 10

Our opener of the week was a real barnburner as Verne’s took the early edge 5 - 4 at the half.  It did see-saw back and forth all game with Verne’s finishing it late in the game. Leading the attack was Carlos Oliveira with 5, followed by a Wyatt Jull hat trick and a double from Rory Liston. Auction had 4 from Gerrit Pelleboer, doubles by Matt Davis and Shaine Jansen and singles from Rudi Vanittersum and goalie Jared Pettman.


Courtland PPM 9,

Nu Decor 6

Our 2nd game was another exciting matchup with NuDecor taking the early 4 - 3 1st half lead before Courtland’s 2nd half burners kicked in. Leading the big comeback was Leo Centeno with 4, followed by Eduardo Centeno’s hat  trick and singles from John Veldman and Meaghen Vyn.  Nu Decor got 3 from Tyler Danbrook, a pair by Aalt Pelleboer and a single from Rachael Bryan.

 

Wed. Nov. 4

Poultry Specialties 9,

DoneRight Landscaping 3

Although Wednesday’s matchup was not  too close in score it was still a good battle as Poultry only took 4 - 2 lead at the half. Specialties did find their scoring touch in the 2nd outscoring their opposition by a 5 - 1 margin.  Poultry’s big gun was Koert Vanittersum with 5, followed by 2 from Andy Metselaar and singles by Dan & Stephan Vanittersum. DoneRight got 2 from Nathan Matos and a single by Don Evanitski.


Corey’s Restaurant 7,

Signshop 0

Our 1st shutout of the season came early and it was a huge surprise as Corey’s completely shut the door on Signshop. It was only 2 - 0 at the half and Corey’s goalie Mike Mesquita was just as hot in the 2nd. He also led the way with 3 goals to boot followed by doubles from Marlon Ramirez and Joe Lopes. Signshop offense just couldn’t find the mark.

 

Thurs. Nov. 5

Ontario Laser 9,

Kraushaar Machine 8

Thursday’s matchup featured another super barnburner as the Machine opened the early 5 - 4 1st half lead. It was close all the way til the end with Laser having last say and last goal to record their 2nd win of the campaign. Laser’s Ryan VanLeeuwen had another good night leading his squad with 4, followed by 2 from Jill Yarmie and singles from Scott Dunbar, Doug and Bobby Orr. The Machine got a hat trick from Bailey Page, 2 by Devon Schuurman and singles from Tyler Harvey, Cody Kraushaar and Selena Martinez.


Danbrook Auto 15,

Tillson Pizza 5

Ouch - Our last game was the 2nd tilted floor score of the week as Danbrook  ran roughshod over Pizza. It wasn’t too bad at the half with Auto only up 4 - 1 but the floodgates opened wide in the 2nd as they  banged home another 11 markers. Leading the barrage were Jason Beard and Erik Kok with 4 apiece, followed by doubles from Kyle Karwur, Adrian and Jan Arnoudse and the single by Mike Thompson. Pizza got 2 apiece from Molson Page and goalie Aaron Charby, followed by a single from Laura Magashazi.

Wed. Nov. 11 - Laser vs Signshop; Nu Decor vs Verne’s

Thurs. Nov. 12 - Danbrook vs Auction; Kraushaar vs DoneRight
