OPP investigating bank robbery in Tavistock

Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a robbery at the Tavistock Scotiabank on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at approximately 3:03 p.m.
Investigation indicates that an unknown male entered the bank and demanded money. A confrontation occurred and the male fled from the building. The backpack worn by the suspect during the robbery was left behind when he fled. The backpack was a black LRG pack with the symbol and the capital letters LRG below it on the pocket portion.
The male suspect is described as follows:
- Male, black
- 5 foot 9 inches
- Age is early 20s
- Slim build
- Wearing grey sweat pants, black puffy short coat, a black hood with a black ball cap peak underneath, black gloves, black shoes and a white shirt.

Also seen in the area around the time of the incident was a newer pickup truck described as follows:
- White, Dodge 2500/3500 series
- 2009 or newer model
- 5’1/2 box
- 4 door mega cab
- Running boards
- Single wheel rear
- After market roof lights, sunroof and bug deflector
