Our week started off with two defensive barnburners as Corey’s took the early 1st half lead 3-2 but fell behind and needed a late equalizer to get the point. Corey’s got doubles from Dimitri Papadakos and Mike Mesquita with Selena Martinez and Mac Robinson singles. Pizza got a hat trick from Stephen Degroote and singles by Kurt Vanittersum, Garret Schuurman and Marlon Schott/Ramirez.

Signshop 8
Our 2nd game featured another tight battle as the teams equalized 4-4 at the half and then repeated it in the 2nd. Verne’s Lucas Bos led the way with three, followed closely with doubles from Carlos Oliveira and Marijn Noorland and a single by Joe Lopes. Signshop’s big gunner was Leo Centeno with five, followed by a Adrian Aarnoudse double and single from Eduardo Centeno.

Computer Station 5
Wednesday’s game featured a tale of two ends as Laser just couldn’t miss, jumping out to a 7-0 1st half lead before Computer made the 2nd half wake up call. They scored five unanswered goals and just ran out of time. Lasers got two apiece from Ryan VanLeeuwen, Cedric Tomico and Scott Dunbar and a single by Chris Coldham. Computer got a hat trick from Andy Metselaar and singles by Neil Puente and Jason Beard.

Danbrook Auto 6
Another 2nd half explosion of goals as DoneRight only led 5-4 at the break. The floodgates opened in the 2nd with the Landscapers dominating 7-2. Max Evanitski did most of the damage banging home six, followed by a Don Evanitski hat trick, Eric Kok double and Stephen Richardson single. Danbrook got four from Mike Beal and singles by Matt Davis and Jill Yarmie.
