Suspect sought in Tillsonburg assault

Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police is investigating an assault which occurred on a trail in the Town of Tillsonburg on Friday, October 31 at approximately 8:45 a.m.
An adult female was walking her dog along the Trans Canada Trail, parallel to the railroad tracks, just north of Fourth Street. The female was then assaulted by an unknown male and a brief struggle ensued. The female was able to flee the attacker after she set off her car panic alarm which was parked nearby.
The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction. The victim received minor injuries.
OPP have canvassed the area for potential witnesses and are looking to speak to anyone who may have witnessed anything or anyone suspicious in the area at the time of the assault.
The suspect is described as follows:
Male 30 – 40 years old
Dark or tanned skin
5 foot 7 inches to 5 foot 8 inches tall
Stocky build
Bald head
Wearing reflective sunglasses
