R.I.D.E. impaired charge

Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police conducted a R.I.D.E. (reduce impaired driving everywhere) program on Broadway Street, north of North Street in Tillsonburg on Monday, October 27 at approximately 11 p.m.
As a result of the R.I.D.E stop and investigation, police have charged 35-year-old Thomas Schott of Tillsonburg under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following: Driving with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood (Criminal Code of Canada); and Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis Marihuana – under 30 grams (Controlled Drugs and Substances Act)
Schott was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on December 2, 2014.
