Man exposes genitals

Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police was called to investigate an indecent act which occurred between 5:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. on Monday, July 14, 2014.
An adult female was on the sidewalk approaching the intersection of Broadway and Sanders Street in Tillsonburg, when she observed a pickup truck stopped at the stop sign on Sanders Street. The female approached the passenger side of the vehicle as the male driver was attempting to speak to her. The male spoke to the female briefly, and was observed to be exposing his genitals.
The female was able to get a good description of both the suspect male and the vehicle before it fled the area last seen north on Broadway then eastbound onto Lisgar Avenue.
The suspect is described as follows:
Male, white 20 -25 years old
Short sandy blond hair
Blue jeans
Black button up shirt with white stripes
The vehicle is described as follows:
Black older model pickup truck
2 wheel drive
Tinted windows
