Tillsonburg man charged with sexual assault, exploitation of teen girl

Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint of a sexual assault on July 1, 2014. The female victim in the alleged assaults was between 16-17 years old at the time of the offences. The incidents are alleged to have occurred between January 2013 and July 1, 2014 in Tillsonburg.
As a result of this investigation, a 59-year-old Tillsonburg man was arrested on July 2, 2014. He is charged with the following under The Criminal Code of Canada: Sexual Assault (2 counts) and Sexual Exploitation (2 counts).
He was held for bail court in Woodstock as a result of the arrest. He has since been released and is on conditions ordered by the court pending his future court appearances.
