Monday, Dec. 16
DoneRight Landscaping 13, Pettman’s Auctioneers 5
DoneRight continued their powerful offence but needed a 2nd half resurge as they led by only a goal at the half 5-4. The 2nd was all DoneRight dominance as they outscored their opponents 8-1. Leading the way once again was Max Evanitski with five, followed by hat tricks from Nathan Matos and Mac Robinson. Eric Kok and goalie Don Evanitski added singles. Auction’s Molson Page chipped in a pair with singles from Gerrit Pelleboer, Chad Lofthouse and Kurt Vanittersum.
Danbrook Auto 3, Corey’s Restaurant 2
Our 2nd game of Week 7 was a barnburner, as the teams deadlocked at 1–1 at the half. The 2nd was just as tight defensively with Danbrook edging out the Corey’s crew on a late marker. Tyler Danbrook, Mike Beal and goalie Scott Gooding all got singles for the Auto gang. Corey’s Dimitri Papadakos and Terry Neudorf chipped home their singles.
Wednesday, Dec. 18
Signshop 14, Poultry Specialties 7
Another high scoring affair as Signshop jumped out to a 6-3 1st half lead. The 2nd was much the same as Signshop’s Bailey Page led the way with a season high eight goals, followed by a hat trick from Carlos Oliveira, double by Jenn Whittington and single from goalie Derek Buchner. Poultry got a trio from Steve Lavier, pair by Tyler Harvey and singles from Cody Kraushaar and Trista Langrell.
Ontario Laser 10, Courtland PPM 5
A good game with Laser taking the early 5-3 lead. The 2nd half was a repeat performance with Laser’s Cedric Tomico leading the troops with four, followed closely by a Ryan VanLeeuwen hat trick and singles from Hunter Stolk, Kris Foreman and Colin Procunier. Courtland’s Jerry Clergy and Dan Oliveira doubled with Stephen DeGroote adding the single.
Thursday, Dec. 19
Cocreo 8, Computer Station 4
Our Thursday games featured some more tight defensive battles as Cocreo had to comeback from a 3-2 1st half deficit to win. Cocreo’s Andy Metselaar did most of the damage once again slamming in seven while Joel Taylor adding the single. Computer got singles from Garret Schuurman, Nick Byrnes and Cole Vuylsteke. And one own goal.
Verne’s Carpet 6, Tillson Pizza 2
The final game saw the Verne’s crew vault out to an 4-0 1st half lead and then battened down the hatches. Pizza managed a couple in the 2nd but just couldn’t make up the difference. Justin Young got a pair for Verne’s with singles from Pete Rochus, Aaron DeJong, Tim Hua and goalie Jason Beard. Pizza got singles from Nate Shearer and Nathan Beard.

Annual 2014 Indoor Soccer Tourney is Saturday, Feb. 15 – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guests $10. League players free.
