The 28th Annual Woodstock Wood Show returns to the Woodstock Fairgrounds. Featuring the best in Canadian woodworking, the Wood Show includes seminars on scroll saws, bandsaws, finishing techniques, carving tips and more. Admission is $10 for all three days, with children 12 and under admitted free when accompanied by an adult.

St. Williams Firemen Brunch from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the St. Williams Community Centre. Adults $7, Child $3. Everyone welcome.

Tillsonburg Right to Life Life Chain will be held on Sunday, Oct. 6 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Join us at 1:15 p.m. at the corner of Broadway and Bridge Street, by the Clock Tower. Participate in this prayerful nationwide one-hour vigil to affirm our concern for the right of the unborn to live.

Operation Christmas Child Packing Party at Tillsonburg Alliance Church from 6:30-8 p.m. Bring your family and fill a shoebox for kids in need. Donations including hygiene products, books, toys, pencils, etc. can be dropped off at the church prior to the event.

November 10

The Black Family, Old Time Fiddle Music at St. Paul’s United Church beginning at 2:30 p.m. Adults $15, Children (12 and under) $5, Infants free. Chuckwagon supper to follow, with free will offering accepted. November 11
