Predators prevail in Oxford Floor Hockey Association best-of-five final

The Morgan Realty Predators gave up four first-period goals to the Lubricare Untouchables Monday night at the Tillsonburg Kinsmen Memorial Arena, but fought back in the last two periods to win Game 5 of the Oxford Floor Hockey Association championship final 10-7.

The Predators won two straight in the best-of-five final, 7-6 OT and 8-5, but dropped the next two 5-4 and 7-3, to force Monday's deciding game.

The Untouchables were exactly that in the early stages Monday, scoring from high and low, short and long range, to take the lead.

Predators' Gus Ford was named the league's playoff MVP.
