It’s hard to believe we have hit mid-June already. Hopefully we don’t have too many weeks like the last one.

Rain and wet field conditions cancelled some of last week’s games.

Ladies A

Eichenberg got their offence rolling plating 39 runs over their two wins, while allowing only three against ServiceMaster and one against Jays.

Great Lakes Physio – Corey’s remained tied with Eichenberg’s after an easy win over ServiceMaster.

Orange Crush remained third after a three-run victory over Ritchie’s Ice Cream and BBQ.

Kate Hahn, Tamarah Schultz and Nancy Hiebert scored three runs for Eichenberg.

Scared Hitless handed Focus its second loss of the year beating the short-handed squad by three to move into a tie for fourth.

Cardio Plus Camo Pitches came from behind to record a walkoff win over Hericanes.

Challengers moved into third with a double digit win over Outcasts.

Focus: Kristen Bogart 4-4, Jenn McMillan 4-6

Scared Hitless took advantage of an eight-player Focus squad. Julie Boldt had a triple for the winners.

Cardio Plus 9, Hericanes 8

Cardio Plus Camo Pitches: Pat Danchak 4-4, Heather Simmonds 4-5

Hericanes: Hilary Stoop 3-4, Heather Haley 3-4

Camo Pitches scored five seventh-inning runs to steal the win.

Challengers 27, Outcasts 9

Challengers: Susie Klassen 4-4 HR, Aggie Dyck 3-3

Outcasts: Amber Woolgar 3-3, Tonya Temple 3-3

Susie Klassen drove in five for Challengers.

Men’s A

Haines Roofing won a close one over Roosters and easily defeated Gators. Vector Blue Jays and Maple View Variety also recorded victories last week.

Kirwin and Oatman remain at just one loss after defeating Hollister KIA Kekambas and GC Lounsbury Dirty Mitts. DeGroote-Hill kept pace with Kirwin Oatman after winning easily over Corey’s Restaurant.

Big Bass Brawlers beat Domino’s and Corey’s.

Domino’s, Dirty Mitts and Hollister KIA all defeated Ontario Laser Spartans last week.

Kyle Smith led the winners with a pair of homers and a double.

GC Lounsbury stole this one away with a seven-run fifth.

Cain’s Pelicans collected three wins including an upset win over first-place Hit N Run.

Hit N Run won a pair in mercy fashion last week.
