Monsignor O’Neil School has been a very active place to be lately!
Last week was Catholic Education Week, and our whole school prayed the Rosary together to celebrate May, which is the Virgin Mary’s month.
Our Open House was a great success as well, as many families came to view their children’s school work, chat with staff, and browse through the Book Fair in the school Library.
Grade 8 students walked to Maple Manor Home recently to visit with their ‘Grandfriends.’
Students performed a group dance to entertain the residents and then had a visit and some snacks. Everyone enjoyed themselves, it was a great day!
Exciting things continue to happen at Monsignor O’Neil Catholic School: our track and field day was yesterday, the Grade 5s are going to Waterfest and a retreat at St. Mary’s High School in Woodstock, and this weekend is the long weekend!
We hope that everyone has a safe and blessed holiday.
