Drive-by drug dropoff

Oxford OPP is hosting a Prescription Drug Drop Off Day this Saturday at 14 locations around its West Region, including the Canadian Tire parking lot in Tillsonburg.

Members of the public are encouraged to drop off unwanted medication between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. as part of an effort by police services across Canada to draw attention to the potential for misuse and abuse of prescription drugs.

A ‘drive-by’ option will exist in Tillsonburg, as part of an event designed to be both quick and simple for participants.
