Last week our school’s junior hockey team played well in the London District Catholic School Board junior hockey tournament held in London.
Their first game they played, the Knights won 5-2 against Monsignor Morrison! Second game they lost 3-2 against St. Martin and their third game they won 5-0 verses St. Anthony.
They also made it to the finals for 1st and 2nd against St. Martin. They all played a great game but lost 5-2. Good job, O’Neil!
Junior Gardeners, sponsored by the Tillsonburg Horticultural Society, is going to start soon and all students of our school are welcome to sign up. Students who like to garden or are interested in learning gardening, this is the time for to sign up! Participants will be able to grow pretty flowers and plants, as well as growing food.
From all of us at Monsignor O’Neil hope everyone has a great Easter and spends time with their family to celebrate the returning of Jesus! Also Lent is ending soon so we hope everyone had a great Lenten season!
